About my Pickup

1940 ford pickup with 100 hp flathead v8 engine and a 4 speed transmission.The serial numbers on the frame and transmission are the same.It is about 90% originial in looks.The paint is a deep red with 120 oz. of pearl in each gallon of paint.

I like your truck thanks for keeping it original. I have a 41 that I found. It is a complete original truck never been apart as far as I can tell. I plan on putting it back to original condition with only 2 changes, I am going with the 12 volt system and disc brakes on the front. Mine also has the 4 speed trans. My rear finders are banged up pretty bad but I went to Sunchassers body school and I am getting them back into shape again.

I'm a Chevy Guy at heart , but, The "40" Ford is one of my favorite's from the other side. The fact that it looks mostly original makes it that much better. Nice job !
