About my C10

Purchased my 1970 CST-10 approx. 8/15/07, has factory 402ci Big Block, Air cab, 2wd, Longbed. Had the bed shortened and replaced the rear coil set up for a 3/4ton 4x4 7 leaf spring set up, flip kit & a Ford 9inch with 5on5 lug pattern & disc brakes, also converted to a single driveline. Filled in all the molding holes, replaced most all interior items, added 3-point belts. Also has hide away trailer hitch, Installed 18x10 rear / 18x8.5 front Foose Nitrous Wheels, with Toyo Proxes S/T 295/45R18 & 255/45R18. Currently pulling out the 402 to install my 350ci Aluminum headed, custom grind roller comp cam, airgap intake w/Demon carbed nitrous prep'ed small block in it while building up the big block. Should be fun!

awesome 70 chevy bob. you sound like the guy i need to talk to. just bought my 70 2wd and i own 74 4x4. i want to strip the 74 (frame rusted thruogh) and put it under my 70. i havent found anyone yet that has a conversion kit, or any smarts on this matter ( why dont ya just buy a 4x4). ive also had in mind before i bought the truck to bob the bed. can ya help an ol country boy out, info or pics would be great. ive got some ideas, would just like to talk with someone who , obviously done it right. i see your 70 is 2wd, but chunkin the coils for leafs would be the same, ill just need to do it twice. thanks for any help. really sweet 70 bob, later.
